Description :

- Lead the design and development of high-performance, scalable Java-based applications for supply chain management systems.

- Architect and implement solutions across key supply chain domains such as inventory management, order fulfillment, logistics, and demand planning.

- Provide technical leadership to a team of engineers, including code reviews, design guidance, and best practice enforcement.

- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Ensure system reliability, performance, and security through proper design, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

- Drive adoption of modern engineering practices such as microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native development.

- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement long-term fixes.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 8+ years of software development experience with strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks (Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.).

- Proven experience in designing distributed systems and microservices architecture.

- Solid understanding of supply chain processes and systems (e.g., WMS, TMS, ERP integrations).

- Experience with RESTful APIs, messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ), and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (Jenkins, Git, Terraform, etc.).

- Exposure to data analytics or AI/ML applications in supply chain is a plus.
