Lead Software Engineer - Full Stack Technologies

Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer with strong full-stack expertise in .NET technologies to lead a team of engineers and drive the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications.

This role requires a balance of hands-on development, architectural ownership, and team leadership, with experience working in distributed systems and compliance-driven environments (HIPAA).

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications

- Define and implement microservices-based architecture

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, design patterns, and best practices

- Drive architectural decisions aligned with business goals

2. Full Stack Development :

- Hands-on development using:

- C# / .NET Core

- SQL / database design

- Angular / TypeScript

- Build and maintain end-to-end full-stack applications

- Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability

3. Team Leadership & Management

- Lead and mentor a team of engineers (2+ years of people management required)

- Drive sprint planning, task allocation, and delivery timelines

- Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality output

- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

4. DevOps & CI/CD

- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines

- Ensure smooth deployment, release management, and monitoring

- Work closely with DevOps teams to improve system reliability

5. Compliance & Security

- Develop systems aligned with HIPAA and regulatory compliance standards

- Ensure data security, privacy, and governance best practices

6. Stakeholder Collaboration

- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams

- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

- Communicate progress, risks, and technical decisions effectively

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Strong expertise in:

- C# / .NET Core

- Microservices architecture

- SQL / database design

- Angular / TypeScript

- Experience with distributed systems

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices

- Minimum 2+ years of team management experience

Good to Have :

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

- Experience with Docker / Kubernetes
