Quantalent AI is looking for a SDE-3 (Full-Stack) Product Developer for our client who are a leading SaaS Product company.

Job Title : Lead Software Engineer SDE-3 (Full-Stack) Product Developer.

Experience : 5-8 years.

Location : Bangalore Work From Office (WFO).

Role Snapshot :

As an SDE-3 you will own end-to-end delivery of large product modules across both front-end and back-end.

Youll embed AI & ML capabilities natively into features, mentor engineers, and ship production-grade code that directly impacts procurement teams worldwide.

Key Responsibilities :

Product & Architecture :

- Drive architecture for new features, balancing scalability, cost, and time-to-market.

- Translate product specs into detailed technical designs with clear API contracts.

Full-Stack Delivery :

- Build responsive UIs in React/Next.js with TypeScript.

- Develop microservices in Node.js / Go / Python (FastAPI) backed by Postgres and Kafka.

- Write automated tests (Jest, PyTest) and own CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Argo).

AI Integration :

- Leverage LLMs, vector DBs, and prompt-engineering best practices to power document ingestion, anomaly detection, and chat-style UX.

- Productionise models via LangChain / BentoML with real-time monitoring.

Quality & Observability :

- Enforce clean code, code reviews, and design reviews.

- Instrument services with CloudWatch, Grafana, and SLO dashboards.

Leadership :

- Independently lead 2-3 person project pods, break down epics, and commit to realistic timelines.

- Coach SDE-1/2s, share best practices, and foster a culture of high ownership.

Must-Have Qualifications :

Education : B.E/B.Tech from a Tier-I engineering institute (IIT, BITS, IIIT, NIT, etc.)

Experience : 5-8 years building production SaaS or platform products, with ? 3 years in full-stack ownership.

Technical Depth :

- Strong CS fundamentals data structures, algorithms, distributed systems.

- Expert in at least one modern front-end framework (React/Angular/Vue) and one server-side language (Node.js / Go / Python).

- Hands-on with SQL & NoSQL, message queues, container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Proven record of shipping AI-powered features or integrating external ML services.

Mindset : Bias for action, thrives in 1-to-10 environments, crisp communicator, security-first thinker.

Bonus Points :

- Experience with procurement / fintech / ERP integrations.

- Contributions to OSS (especially LLM tooling).

- Exposure to event sourcing, CQRS, or domain-driven design.
