Take the lead in architecting the future of enterprise AI. As a Lead Software Engineer - Backend AI Agents, you'll be driving agent-based AI innovation directly under the CTO. This role is a rare opportunity to shape product direction while leading development of cutting-edge LLM-integrated systems.

What You'll Be Working On :

- Provide technical leadership in AI Agent development initiatives

- Architect, design, and evaluate backend infrastructure and workflows

- Guide junior and senior engineers through code reviews and mentorship

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, UX, and AI Research teams

- Integrate and optimize LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)

- Design scalable and efficient AI agent systems using best-practice templates

- Deploy and operate AI services on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

- Optimize database performance and agent reliability

- Stay ahead of AI trends by evaluating new agent orchestration frameworks

Tech Stack & Tools :

- Languages & Frameworks : Go, TypeScript, Express

- Cloud & Infra : AWS (Lambda, Glue, API Gateway, ElasticBeanstalk, Batch)

- Databases : Aurora, ElasticSearch, Athena

Must-Have Requirements :

- Proven experience building and scaling production-grade backend systems

- Strong understanding of AI Agent system architecture and LLM integration

- Project or team leadership experience in engineering organizations

- Expertise in deploying systems to AWS, GCP, or Azure

- Experience with database performance optimization and schema design

- Hands-on with LLM APIs and MCP (Model Context Protocol)

- Business-level English communication skills

Highly Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with LangChain, Rasa, Restack, or other agent frameworks

- Experience with agent benchmarking and performance evaluation

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Experience leading projects at startups or R&D orgs
