Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable, cloud-native applications and enterprise platforms.
- Drive technology strategy, architecture decisions, and adoption of modern engineering best practices.
- Research, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies to enhance platform performance, scalability, and security.
- Design and develop robust backend services, APIs, and microservices-based applications.
- Build highly available, distributed systems capable of handling large-scale data processing and high transaction volumes.
- Lead proof-of-concepts (POCs), technical feasibility studies, and innovation initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Establish coding standards, architecture guidelines, and software development best practices.
- Mentor senior engineers and technical teams through code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural guidance.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, observability, and system resilience.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, governance policies, and data privacy requirements.
- Drive CI/CD automation, infrastructure modernization, and DevSecOps implementation.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and lead root cause analysis for critical incidents.
- Stay updated with advancements in Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Distributed Computing, and Enterprise Architecture.
Required Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in Java, Python, Go, or C#.
- Extensive experience with Spring Boot, .NET Core, Node.js, or FastAPI.
- Hands-on experience designing Microservices and RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of Distributed Systems, Event-Driven Architecture, and Message Queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
- Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Hands-on knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog.
- Understanding of System Design, Scalability, Performance Optimization, and High Availability.
- Knowledge of AI/ML integration, LLMs, or Generative AI is an added advantage.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 510 years of experience in software engineering, platform development, or enterprise technology.
- Proven experience leading complex technical projects and architecture initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Generative AI, LLM integration, AI Agents, or Machine Learning platforms.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and secure software development.
- Experience building SaaS products or enterprise digital platforms.
- Exposure to Data Engineering, MLOps, or Big Data technologies.
- Cloud certification (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is preferred.
