Responsibilities :

- Establish and enforce quality benchmarks and standards across the engineering organization.

- Handles a mid-sized team of 2-5 engineers and works closely with all stakeholders to ensure deliverables are smooth.

- Design and implement mechanisms to measure the overall health and performance of the platform

- Advocate for and implement "Shift Left" testing practices to identify and resolve issues early in the development lifecycle.

- Define and standardize test automation strategies and frameworks across projects to ensure consistency

and scalability.

- Own the architecture of automation libraries, ensuring compatibility with modern development pipelines and CI/CD workflows.

- Drive the adoption of cutting-edge testing methodologies, tools, and technologies to optimize testing efforts.

- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of SDETs by fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

- Partner with product, development, and operations teams to define release criteria and ensure alignment on quality expectations.

Requirements :

- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience with a proven track record in Agile software testing, including expertise in implementing and scaling Agile testing practices within cross-functional teams.

- Experience with languages such as JavaScript, Java, Python, or Groovy is a plus.
