Lead Software Development Engineer - Test

- Exp - SDET Lead 5-10 Yrs

- 3 Days working from office (Hyd only)-no relocation candidates

- 5+ years' experience working in Quality Engineering teams within modern SaaS or platform organizations in cloud-native environments (AWS).

- Expertise in working with scaling automated testing infrastructure, including integration with modern CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Workflows).

- Knowledge of testing strategies and tools across the pyramid, from unit to E2E, including api contract and integration testing (Cypress, Pact, K6).

- Solid front-end knowledge and testing fluency in HTML/CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript, enabling effective collaboration across full-stack teams.

- Familiarity with observability tools and best practices for improving test signal and pipeline feedback loops.

- Strong communication and coaching skills with the ability to influence fellow engineering and product stakeholders across the org.

- Foster a cross platform collaborative testing mindset to ensure quality flows through the Clients Cloud Ecosystem

- Experience leading testing initiatives for distributed teams across multiple regions

- Experience in integrating QA tools like Zephyr Scale and on-prem CI/CD systems (GitHub)

- A strategic growth mindset paired with a desire to learn and mentor others with a pragmatic, system-thinking approach to quality at scale.

- Keen interest to stay updated on the latest industry trends like AI powered Testing.
