About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer with proven expertise in end-to-end product development to join our high-impact technology team. You will contribute to the architecture, development, deployment, and ongoing optimization of a large-scale, enterprise-grade Cybersecurity SaaS platform hosted on AWS.

This role offers exposure to cutting-edge full-stack technologies, modern DevOps practices, and direct customer interaction, enabling you to influence both technical and product directions.

This is not a consulting or short-term project role we are looking for engineers who have built, deployed, and scaled complex products in production environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- End-to-End Ownership : Work across the complete SDLC, from requirements analysis to deployment and post-release optimization.

- Architecture & Design : Collaborate with architects to design robust, maintainable, and scalable systems, applying security best practices throughout.

- DevOps & Automation : Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and infrastructure provisioning using tools like Ansible, Jenkins, and AWS Cloud services.

- Database Engineering : Optimize and manage PostgreSQL (RDBMS) and Cassandra (NoSQL) environments, leveraging ORM frameworks like Hibernate.

- Customer Collaboration : Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, troubleshoot issues, and guide them through product adoption.

- Mentorship : Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and technical excellence.

Technical Skills & Requirements :

Backend Development :

- Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Security

- RESTful API design and implementation

- Maven build management

- Hibernate ORM

Frontend Development :

- AngularJS, Bootstrap, D3.js

- HTML5, CSS3, responsive web design principles

- Cross-platform, cross-browser UI development

Databases :

- Cassandra or similar NoSQL databases

- Data modeling and performance tuning

DevOps & Deployment :

- CI/CD using Jenkins

- Configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, or Chef)

- Git version control and GitHub-based collaboration

- Linux server administration

- Tomcat application server deployment

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience building Cybersecurity or algorithm-driven products.

- Competitive programming or problem-solving rankings (e.g., Kaggle, HackerRank).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a passion for learning new technologies.

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact directly with clients.
