Lead Software Development Engineer - Full Stack Technologies

What Youll Do :

- Design & develop high-quality, scalable features

- Lead and mentor a team of 2- 5 engineers in Agile sprints

- Collaborate across teams to deliver impactful solutions

What Were Looking For :

- Total experience : 8+ years in software development

- 3+ years in a product-based company, with team leadership experience

- Hands-on with Java, .NET (C#), Node.js, MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, ReactJS, AngularJS, or ExtJS

- Strong coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills

- Great communicator who thrives in collaborative environments

Tech Stack Youll Work With :

- Backend : C#, ASP.NET, MongoDB, Postgres, EventStore

- Frontend : React, TypeScript

- Cloud : AWS (SQS, S3, EKS)

- Messaging : NServiceBus
