Lead ServiceNow Developer/Solution Architect - ITSM/ITOM/CMDB

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for large-scale ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules.

- Define and implement service governance models, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and ITSM/ITOM standards.

- Architect and develop custom applications and Integration Hub solutions to connect ServiceNow with external systems.

- Oversee CMDB service mapping and ITOM deployments, ensuring accurate data modeling and operational integrity.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into high-quality, scalable ServiceNow solutions.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and administrators across project teams.

- Establish best practices for coding, integrations, and platform management, driving ServiceNow excellence across the organization.

- Manage and review multi-module deployments, ensuring seamless integrations and adherence to SLAs.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow capabilities, releases, and certification paths to drive continuous innovation.

Skills & Qualifications :

- 8 to 12 years of total experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.

- Proven expertise in Integration Hub, Custom App Development, and Service Governance Models.

- Hands-on experience with ITOM modules, CMDB, and Service Mapping.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, scripting, and data models.

- Experience leading multi-module or enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
