Lead ServiceNow Developer - ITSM Module

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Mentor and support junior team members through knowledge-sharing and code reviews

- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom apps, workflows, and UI components

- Drive scripting and integrations using Glide, JavaScript, and APIs (REST, SOAP)

- Participate in GRC implementation initiatives (12 projects)

- Configure and support GRC modules : Risk, Policy, Audit, and Compliance

- Map regulatory frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and COBIT to ServiceNow GRC architecture

- Build and maintain custom Service Portal components (Widgets, Pages, Themes) using SCSS and AngularJS

- Deliver ITSM and CMDB solutions involving process design, data modeling, and integrations

- Leverage Now Assist and Virtual Agent capabilities to enhance end-user experience

Required Skills :

- 7+ years in ServiceNow/ITSM development roles

- Strong scripting and integration background (JavaScript, REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub)

- Experience with GRC modules and framework mapping

- Hands-on Service Portal development experience

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work independently and lead small technical teams

Nice to Have :

- Familiarity with Now Assist features

- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS-GRC)

- Experience with Agile or Scrum-based delivery models
