Job Description :

We are looking for highly skilled ServiceNow Developers / Leads with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow to ServiceNow migration projects.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience working across multiple ServiceNow modules and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions in a remote, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and contribute to ServiceNow to ServiceNow migration projects, ensuring seamless migration across modules.

- Configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, SAM, HRSD, IRM, and others.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver enhancements.

- Develop and maintain scripts, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.

- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and best practices for migration and development tasks.

- Troubleshoot issues and ensure performance optimization across ServiceNow modules.

- Document solutions, migration approaches, and configuration details for knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.

- Strong expertise in ServiceNow to ServiceNow migrations across multiple modules.

- Proficiency in at least 3 or more modules : ITSM, ITOM, SAM, HRSD, IRM.

- Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and workflow automation.

- Knowledge of integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs) and third-party system connectivity.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have :

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator / Application Developer / Implementation Specialist.

- Exposure to ITIL processes and best practices.
