Role Summary :

As a Lead/Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering end-to-end software solutions. You will also be responsible for guiding a team of developers, ensuring code quality, mentoring junior team members, and actively participating in architecture and design discussions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of Full Stack Developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and QA to define, design, and ship new features

- Design client-side and server-side architecture

- Build intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing front-end applications

- Develop and maintain secure, high-performance backend systems using .NET technologies

- Write clean, scalable code and develop APIs for integration

- Manage database design and optimize queries for performance

- Ensure software is tested, responsive, efficient, and secure

- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and version control processes

- Document development processes, architecture, and standard components

- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends

Role Requirements :

- 7 to 10 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development

- At least 2 years of experience in leading or mentoring development teams

- Expertise in .NET, ASP.NET MVC, C#, and Angular (Mandatory)

- Strong command of front-end technologies : HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery

- Proficient in writing and consuming APIs (RESTful services)

- Experience with SQL Server, and optionally MongoDB or Cosmos DB

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS

- Experience with Git, CI/CD tools, and Agile development methodologies

- Strong understanding of software design patterns, best practices, and architecture principles

- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills :

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

- Exposure to microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker)

- Familiarity with performance monitoring tools and secure coding practices
