Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in PHP and Python, along with hands-on experience in Generative AI / LLMs.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable web applications and integrating AI-driven capabilities such as chatbots, automation, and intelligent systems into enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain full stack applications using PHP frameworks

- Build backend services and APIs using Python frameworks (Django/Flask/FastAPI)

- Design and integrate Generative AI solutions (LLMs, chatbots, AI assistants)

- Work on use cases like content generation, summarization, recommendations, automation

- Design REST APIs and microservices architecture

- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps)

- Participate in code reviews and architecture decisions

- Mentor junior developers and follow best practices

Mandatory Technical Skills :

Backend & Full Stack :

- Laravel / Symfony / CodeIgniter

- Strong experience in Python (5+ years)

- Django / Flask / FastAPI

- Experience with REST APIs & Microservices

Frontend :

Strong knowledge of :

- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

Experience with :

- React / Angular / Vue.js

Generative AI (CRITICAL) :

2+ years of experience in :

- Generative AI / LLMs

Hands-on with :

- OpenAI / Azure OpenAI / Claude

Experience in :

- Prompt Engineering

- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

- Vector Databases / Embeddings

- Experience integrating AI models via APIs

Databases & Cloud :

Experience with :

- MySQL / PostgreSQL / NoSQL

Cloud exposure :

- AWS / Azure / GCP

CI/CD & Containers :

- Docker / Kubernetes (preferred)

Good to Have :

- AI governance / Responsible AI practices

- DevOps knowledge

- Agile/Scrum experience

- Enterprise application exposure

Ideal Candidate :

- Strong in both development + AI integration

- Experience building production-level applications

- Good problem-solving and communication skills
