Role Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Frontend Software Engineer with strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, and Redux. This role will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications with a focus on performance, maintainability, and user experience.

The ideal candidate should bring deep technical expertise in frontend development, team mentoring, and agile delivery practices, with a proactive mindset toward continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Application Development :

- Translate UI/UX designs and technical specifications into high-quality, scalable code.

- Build reusable components and front-end libraries.

- Integrate RESTful APIs and manage server-side logic using Node.js.

Architecture & Performance :

- Implement and maintain optimal state management using Redux.

- Ensure application responsiveness and performance optimization.

Team Leadership & Collaboration :

- Mentor junior developers and assist in team development planning.

- Participate in cross-functional team discussions and sprint planning.

- Interface directly with clients and product teams to clarify requirements and demonstrate solutions.

Quality & Process :

- Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards.

- Drive continuous quality improvements by analyzing and resolving defects.

- Manage source code versioning, configuration, and deployment.

Documentation & Compliance :

- Document technical architecture, modules, and workflows.

- Ensure compliance with development standards and release protocols.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong expertise in JavaScript

- Advanced proficiency in React.js

- Backend development with Node.js

- State management with Redux

- Solid understanding of frontend architecture and performance optimization

- Hands-on experience with debugging, testing, and deployment pipelines

Preferred Qualities :

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of modules
