Responsibilities :

- Lead the implementation of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions for clients

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective solutions

- Provide expertise in demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization using SAP IBP

- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables

- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users

- Stay updated with SAP IBP enhancements and best practices to drive continuous improvement

- Facilitate workshops to align business processes with SAP IBP functionalities

Skills and Qualifications :

- 10- 17 years of experience in SAP IBP implementation and support

- Strong knowledge of SAP IBP modules, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Management

- Experience with integration of SAP IBP with other SAP modules (like SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC) and non-SAP systems

- Proficiency in data modeling, analytics, and reporting using SAP IBP

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management

- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field

- SAP IBP certification is a plus
