- Project Implementation : Oversee and participate in all phases of SAP ABAP development, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and go-live.

- Technical Expertise : Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design, develop, and maintain complex SAP solutions.

- Stakeholder Interaction : Serve as a key point of contact, communicating effectively with both business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical insights.

- Best Practices : Enforce best practices for coding, documentation, and quality assurance within the development team.

Qualifications :

- Experience : A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development, with at least 1-2 full lifecycle implementations.

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field.

- Leadership : Proven experience in leading a team of ABAP developers.

- Communication : Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.

Preferred Attributes :

- Exposure to S/4 HANA conversion or implementation projects.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Certification in SAP ABAP or S/4 HANA.
