Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and accomplished Lead Salesforce Engineer to spearhead the design and development of complex, scalable solutions within our enterprise environment.

This role requires minimum 8 years of deep technical expertise across core Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript. The Lead Engineer will drive end-to-end development, enforce high code quality standards, and ensure robust testing coverage (Apex Unit Tests and LWC Jest Tests) in a CI/CD-driven process.

Key Responsibilities and Technical Focus :

Technical Leadership and Development :

- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of highly scalable, custom Salesforce solutions, focusing on performance and governor limit optimization.

- Drive end-to-end feature delivery within an Agile development framework, ensuring technical solutions meet business requirements and security standards.

Apex Programming :

- Demonstrate Advanced development capability in Apex Programming, including writing robust Triggers, optimizing Classes, managing Batch Jobs, and developing complex data integrations.

- Architect and manage data transactions efficiently to strictly adhere to Governor Limits.

Modern Frontend Development :

- Possess Strong hands-on development experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC), utilizing the latest frameworks and best practices.

- Maintain a Deep understanding of JavaScript, leveraging modern concepts and frameworks to ensure clean, reusable, and high-performance LWC components.

Testing and Quality Assurance :

- Write high-quality Apex test classes, ensuring minimum code coverage and meeting stringent deployment and CI/CD quality standards.

- Implement component-level validation and regression coverage by developing and executing LWC Jest tests.

Debugging and Troubleshooting :

- Exhibit Strong debugging skills across the Salesforce stack, effectively utilizing the Developer Console, Debug Logs, Chrome DevTools, and Salesforce Inspector to quickly diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in Apex, LWC, and JavaScript.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

Experience :

- Minimum 8 years of verifiable Salesforce development experience, ideally in complex, enterprise-scale environments.

Education :

- Required Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Core Technical Stack :

- Advanced proficiency in Apex Programming (Classes, Triggers, Integrations) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Frontend Languages :

- Deep command of JavaScript, including modern syntax and concepts relevant to LWC development.

Testing :

- Mandatory experience in writing and managing both Apex test classes (for code coverage and quality) and LWC Jest tests (for unit and functional testing).

Tools :

- Expert use of Salesforce debugging tools (Developer Console, Debug Logs) and browser tools (Chrome DevTools).

Preferred Skills :

Certifications :

- Holding certifications such as PD1 (Platform Developer I), PD2 (Platform Developer II), JavaScript Developer I, and Application Builder is a strong advantage.

Complementary Languages :

- Knowledge of Java, Python, HTML, and CSS, which is useful for complex integrations, automation, UI enhancements, or cross-platform extensions.

DevOps :

- Experience integrating testing and deployment into CI/CD pipelines.
