Mandatory Skills :

- Proven hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce applications and Salesforce Database

- Proficient in APEX, SOQL, Visualforce, Lightning UI, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

- Experience with GitHub, GitLab, and CI/CD pipelines

- Familiar with code integration, DevOps, and DevSecOps practices

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.

- Analyze and model data across multiple IT systems, identifying data relationships and designing robust data architectures.

- Design and implement data engineering solutions aligned with business goals and technology standards.

- Define and manage system integration points and recommend optimal data & system integration strategies.

- Develop high-quality code using APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and JavaScript.

- Customize Salesforce applications through configuration, workflow automation, approval processes, custom reports, and data security.

- Write efficient batch jobs, triggers, and controllers, ensuring high test coverage and code quality.

- Leverage GitLab/GitHub for version control and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.

- Follow DevSecOps practices to ensure secure development, and implement code quality gates and security scans.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs

- Knowledge of Dell IT environments or large enterprise systems

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I & II, App Builder)
