Job Title : Salesforce Developer Finance Domain

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer with experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce APIs, SOSL/SOQL, and RESTful integrations to join our team in the financial services domain. The ideal candidate will work on designing, developing, and enhancing Salesforce solutions to support business processes in banking, insurance, or financial operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows.

- Develop scalable and secure APIs and integrations using Salesforce REST and SOAP APIs to connect with external systems.

- Write efficient queries using SOQL and SOSL for complex data retrieval and manipulation.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical and functional requirements specific to the finance industry.

- Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, approval processes, and triggers.

- Optimize system performance and ensure data integrity within Salesforce environments.

- Create and maintain technical documentation and unit test classes to support development.

- Stay current on Salesforce platform updates and suggest best practices in line with finance industry standards and compliance requirements.

Required Skills :

- 36 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.

- Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Deep understanding of Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and integration patterns.

- Experience working in or with the finance domain banking, insurance, or capital markets.

- Familiarity with data modeling, security, and governance in Salesforce for financial compliance.

- Proven ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
