Lead Salesforce Developer - Apex/LWC

Job Title : Lead Salesforce Developer.

Location : [Bangalore].

Experience : 7+ years.

Work Mode : [Work from Office].

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.

- Customize standard and custom Salesforce objects using Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Record Types.

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Participate in requirement analysis, technical design discussions, and estimation processes.

- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver quality Salesforce solutions.

- Perform data migration and management using tools like Data Loader, Workbench.

- Ensure secure coding practices and participate in unit testing and UAT support.

- Contribute to deployment activities using tools such as Gearset, Change Sets, GitHub.

Must-Have Skills :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development.

- Strong in Apex classes, Triggers, LWC, SOQL/SOSL.

- Experience in Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.

- Good understanding of Lightning framework, component-based development.

- Hands-on with API integrations and version control tools (Git, GitHub).

- Agile project experience using tools like JIRA.

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have :

- Salesforce Certifications (PD1, Admin, App Builder, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).

- Experience with OmniStudio (Vlocity) components.

- Knowledge of CI/CD, secure code practices (e.g., SonarQube).

- Prior experience in SSO or ERP integration.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1) or higher.
