Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of React Native developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and code review.
- Architect, design, and develop robust and scalable mobile applications using React Native.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Contribute to the development of reusable components and libraries.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
- Optimize application performance and ensure a smooth user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development, particularly in the React Native ecosystem.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving our development processes.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Contribute to the planning and estimation of development tasks.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployment.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct training sessions.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 7-8 years of experience in mobile application development.
- Extensive experience with React Native framework.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, including ES6+ features.
- Experience with state management libraries like Redux or MobX.
- Experience with native mobile development (iOS or Android) is a plus.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with mobile UI/UX best practices.
