Job Overview :

We are looking for a Lead React Developer to build scalable and high-performance web applications using React.js. You'll bring extensive hands-on experience and a strong understanding of modern frontend technologies. Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of highly scalable and high-performance web applications using React.js.

- Drive the adoption of modern frontend technologies, best practices, and architectural patterns.

- Utilize strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 to build exceptional user interfaces.

- Implement state management solutions using Redux, React Hooks, Context API, and other modern React features.

- Ensure seamless integration of frontend components with backend services using RESTful APIs.

- Oversee and contribute to writing robust unit tests using Jest, Enzyme, or similar frameworks.

- Champion responsive design and ensure cross-browser compatibility across all applications.

- Apply excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail to overcome complex technical challenges.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 1015 years of professional experience in React.js development.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies.

- Extensive experience with Redux, React Hooks, Context API, and other modern React features.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend components with backend services.

- Experience in writing unit tests using Jest, Enzyme, or similar frameworks.

- Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Prior experience in Aerospace or Defense domain projects.

- Familiarity with security and compliance standards in defense-grade applications.

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
