Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead QA Engineer with extensive experience in e-commerce platforms to lead quality assurance efforts across multiple enterprise commerce solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining QA strategies, leading test teams, and ensuring high-quality releases for Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and SAP Hybris Commerce implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end QA activities for e-commerce projects across Magento, SFCC, and SAP Hybris.

- Define and implement QA strategy, test plans, and test processes.

- Review and approve test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.

- Coordinate with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, UAT, and system testing.

- Oversee automation testing strategy and execution.

- Ensure cross-browser, cross-device, and performance testing.

- Track and manage defects using tools like JIRA/ALM, ensuring timely closure.

- Mentor and guide QA team members and conduct peer reviews.

- Ensure compliance with SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and CI/CD practices.

- Provide QA sign-off and risk assessment for releases.

Technical Skills :

- 6+ years of QA experience, with 2+ years in a Lead role.

Strong hands-on experience with :

- Magento (Adobe Commerce).

- Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC / Demandware).

- SAP Hybris Commerce.

- Expertise in E-commerce domain concepts :

- Product catalogs, pricing, promotions.

- Checkout, payment gateways, order management.

- Inventory, shipping, taxation.

- Experience with API testing (Postman, REST, SOAP).

- Knowledge of database testing (SQL queries).

- Exposure to automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar).

- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner preferred).

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, GitHub).
