Responsibilities :
- Understanding of payments and banking domain fundamentals required.
- Lead and mentor a team of mobile QA engineers, providing technical and process guidance.
- Define test strategies, automation frameworks, and plans for mobile applications (Android and iOS).
- Design and implement end-to-end automation suites using a tool like Appium.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product, and DevOps, to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
- Drive best practices for mobile testing, automation standards, and continuous integration.
- Perform code reviews, optimize test coverage, and ensure maintainability of automation code.
- Track team progress, allocate tasks, and ensure timely delivery of testing milestones.
- Manage test planning, execution, reporting, and risk mitigation.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of automation frameworks and QA processes.
- Assisting in root cause analysis and providing detailed documentation of defects and test results.
- Supporting test execution in CI/CD environments and integrating test automation into pipelines.
- Participate in critical design activities to ensure that the product under development meets requirements and can be effectively tested.
- Effective at quickly understanding technology and explaining it in non-technical terms.
- Taking ownership of technical issues and working with developers to resolve issues as and when required.
- Analysing trends of bugs and getting them fixed.
- Be aware of product updates, UX trends, and new technologies.
- Use multiple platforms like JIRA, Git, AWS, Jenkins, Firebase, Grafana, etc.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities to meet the deadlines.
Requirements :
