We build the underlying infrastructure that connects with every creator platform, maintain a live data feed to the systems used by these platforms to manage creators data, and provide a normalized data set so that businesses can use creators data in a simple yet impactful way.

About the role :

At Phyllo, our Quality Assurance Engineers go beyond black-box testing they dive deep into software internals, debug using logs, and build automated test suites.

Youll work closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to shape test strategies, create real-world scenarios, and release high-quality software faster.

This role is perfect for hands-on problem solvers who can own tasks end-to-end and drive quality through both manual and automated testing.

What you'll be expected to do :

- Write test cases based on available requirement specifications and verification plans, execute tests cases

- Good experience in Ad-Hoc testing, Smoke testing, Functional testing, Regression testing and Re-testing

- Lead and mentor the QA team

- Monitoring and creating logs to document testing phases and defects.

- Reporting bugs and errors to development teams.

- Preparing detailed test and defects report.

- Performing functional testing of features for release cycles, including creating/executing test cases, raising defects and maintaining defect logs.

- Implementing QA processes, standards & controls.

Youll be a good fit if :

- 5+ years of experience working as a Quality Assurance Engineer

- BS in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience

- Very Strong Experience in API testing (preferably with Postman).

- Ability to learn and implement quickly.

- Good communication skills and documentation skills.

- Very good at completing the assigned testing tasks on time.

- Working with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.

- Knowledge in Web Application testing, test management tool, defect management tool and test metrics.
