Responsibilities :

- 1. Lead end-to-end test automation processes and frameworks to ensure all products meet the highest quality standards.

- 2. Build and maintain robust automation scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing using advanced tools and methodologies.

- 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, BAs, and operations to identify and resolve defects efficiently.

- 4. Improve QA processes by mentoring team members and driving a culture of continuous improvement and quality-first thinking.

- 5. Deliver effective reporting and analytics on automation efficiency, test coverage metrics, and overall software readiness.

Requirements :

- 1. 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with hands-on expertise in Automation testing and frameworks.

- 2. Proficiency in tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar automation technologies. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines is highly advantageous.

- 3. Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C# to develop automation frameworks.

- 4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a sharp eye for detail.

- 5. Demonstrated experience leading QA teams in Agile and Scrum methodologies, combined with effective communication skills.
