SEWB is an AI-powered preventive healthcare platform delivering secure, intelligent and scalable digital health solutions across web, mobile and cloud. We are seeking a hands-on Lead QA Automation Engineer to establish world-class quality engineering practices across our AI-enabled platform.

Role Overview :

This is a technical leadership role focused on automation-first quality engineering. The successful candidate will design automation frameworks, implement automated testing for Flutter mobile applications, Node.js backend services, APIs and AI-powered features, and embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle. The role remains hands-on while mentoring QA engineers and collaborating with Product, Technical Business Analysis, Engineering, AI and DevOps teams.

Experience :

- 8+ years of software testing and quality engineering experience.

- Minimum 4+ years building automation frameworks.

- Experience testing enterprise SaaS, HealthTech or regulated platforms preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks for mobile, backend and web applications.

- Automate Flutter mobile application testing across Android and iOS.

- Develop API automation suites for Node.js microservices and REST/GraphQL APIs.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, smoke and exploratory testing.

- Validate AI/ML features, LLM outputs and intelligent workflows for accuracy, consistency and safety.

- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and quality gates.

- Perform database validation using SQL and backend data verification.

- Support performance, security and resilience testing.

- Investigate production defects and perform root-cause analysis.

- Mentor QA engineers and establish quality engineering standards.

Core Technical Skills :

- Flutter testing, Appium, Flutter Integration Test and Patrol.

- Playwright, Cypress or Selenium.

- REST Assured, Postman and API automation.

- JavaScript, TypeScript, Python or Java programming.

- SQL, PostgreSQL and database validation.

- Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps or equivalent CI/CD.

- Azure (preferred), AWS or GCP cloud environments.

- Jira, Confluence and Agile/Scrum.

Preferred Skills :

- HealthTech, Telehealth, EMR/EHR or regulated software experience.

- Testing AI, Machine Learning or Generative AI applications.

- Performance testing using JMeter, k6 or Gatling.

- Security testing and OWASP awareness.

- Observability and production monitoring knowledge.

First 90-Day Deliverables :

- Review existing QA processes and automation coverage.
