Lead Quality Assurance Automation Engineer I

Description :

Technical skills required :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Java and Selenium WebDriver automation.

- Strong experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber.

- Hands-on experience with API automation testing using Rest Assured.

- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integrating automation into build and deployment processes.

- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.

- Knowledge of Docker and containerized test environments.

- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps principles.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to mentor and lead QA teams.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).

- Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or equivalent.
