About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Python Developer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess expert-level Python programming skills and have strong experience with modern backend frameworks, cloud technologies, and front-end development using Angular or React.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python (FastAPI).

- Lead architecture and code design discussions ensuring best practices in scalability, security, and performance.

- Implement and manage AWS services for cloud deployments and integrations.

- Work in Linux environments, ensuring efficient deployment and operations.

- Collaborate with front-end teams using Angular or React, maintaining seamless API integration and optimized performance.

- Oversee application development from concept to deployment, ensuring high code quality and maintainability.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the engineering team.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in backend development using Python.

- Strong hands-on experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks (e.g., Flask, Django).

- Proven expertise in AWS cloud architecture and services (Lambda, EC2, S3, etc.).

- Proficiency in Linux environments and CI/CD pipelines.

- Advanced knowledge of Angular or React, including state management libraries.

- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and TailwindCSS.

- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and system design skills.

- Experience working in agile teams with modern DevOps and Git practices.
