Role & Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable fintech products and platforms.

- Own end-to-end technical execution of product initiatives, from requirement analysis to production deployment.

- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, Business Teams, Compliance, and Engineering teams to translate business needs into robust technology solutions.

- Define technical architecture, development standards, coding practices, and engineering best practices.

- Build and enhance fintech applications involving payments, digital banking, lending, wallets, financial APIs, transaction systems, or related platforms.

- Develop secure, high-performance, and reliable backend services and customer-facing applications.

- Drive system design decisions around scalability, availability, security, and performance.

- Review code, mentor developers, and improve engineering productivity within the team.

- Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution design sessions.

- Ensure adherence to fintech security standards, data protection practices, and regulatory requirements.

- Work with DevOps teams to improve CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and deployment processes.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 5-10 years of experience in software/product development, with significant experience building fintech or financial technology products.

- Proven experience as a Senior Developer, Tech Lead, Lead Product Developer, or similar leadership role.

- Strong understanding of fintech domains such as:

1. Digital payments

2. Payment gateways

3. Banking APIs

4. Digital wallets

5. Lending platforms

6. KYC/AML workflows

7. Transaction processing systems

- Strong programming and software architecture skills with experience in modern technology stacks.

- Experience designing and developing scalable, distributed systems and API-driven platforms.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Strong knowledge of databases, system integration, security practices, and performance optimization.

- Experience working with Agile/Scrum product development environments.
