Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Product Designer to drive the end-to-end design strategy and execution for our digital products.

The ideal candidate is a creative leader with strong expertise in UX/UI design, user research, product thinking, and design systems.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver intuitive, delightful, and high-impact product experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the overall design vision, strategy, and execution for key product areas.

- Translate complex business and user needs into clear, elegant, and user-centric design solutions.

- Provide mentorship, direction, and feedback to designers across the team.

- Champion design thinking principles and promote a strong design culture within the organization.

- Conduct user research, surveys, interviews, usability testing, and competitor analysis.

- Synthesize insights into actionable design recommendations and product enhancements.

- Validate design decisions through data, customer feedback, and experimentation

- Create user flows, wireframes, journey maps, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

- Design intuitive user experiences across web, mobile, and multi-platform environments.

- Ensure consistent interaction patterns aligned with product goals and design standards.

- Define and evolve visual design guidelines, patterns, and components.

- Craft clean, modern, and visually appealing interfaces with a strong attention to detail.

- Collaborate with developers to ensure high-quality design implementation.

- Build, maintain, and scale the design system to support consistent product experiences.

- Establish guidelines, reusable components, and best practices for cross-product design.

- Ensure adherence to accessibility standards and responsive design principles.

- Work closely with product managers to shape requirements, define problem statements, and align on priorities.

- Partner with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and seamless implementation.

- Communicate design concepts and decisions effectively to stakeholders and leadership.

- Contribute to product vision, roadmap discussions, and user-centric strategy development.

- Identify opportunities for UX improvements, innovation, and product differentiation.

- Advocate for design-led decision-making across the organization.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, or related field.

- 4-6+ years of UI/UX, product design, or interaction design experience.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design processes and high-quality product execution.

- Expertise with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Miro).

- Deep knowledge of UX principles, user research methodologies, and design frameworks.

- Experience leading design projects and mentoring junior designers
