Role Overview :

The Lead Product Designer will own the end-to-end design strategy and execution for digital products, ensuring exceptional user experiences and visually compelling interfaces.

This role combines hands-on design work with leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will translate complex problems into intuitive, scalable, and user-centered design solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design vision and strategy across multiple product initiatives.

- Own the end-to-end product design processfrom discovery and research to wireframes, high-fidelity designs, prototyping, and final delivery.

- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Stakeholders to define product requirements and deliver impactful solutions.

- Drive user-centered design decisions through research, usability testing, data insights, and feedback loops.

- Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and UX best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.

- Review and provide constructive feedback on designs produced by other designers.

- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level designers, fostering design excellence and growth.

- Advocate for user experience and design quality throughout the product lifecycle.

- Balance business, technical, and user needs while delivering solutions on time.

- Communicate design concepts and rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

- 6+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or interaction design, with at least 12 years in a leadership or senior role.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work and problem-solving skills.

- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, accessibility standards, and usability best practices.

- Experience working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical constraints.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
