Role Overview :

We are hiring a Product Designer / Design Lead with proven experience in B2B SaaS product design. The role requires ownership of end-to-end design from user research and UX flows to high-fidelity UI and design systems. The ideal candidate has strong design craft, clarity in design thinking, and a track record of shipping impactful SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end product design from research, discovery, and workflow design to UI delivery.

- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to define intuitive and scalable user experiences.

- Develop and maintain design systems and visual guidelines ensuring product-wide consistency.

- Conduct user testing, feedback analysis, and rapid iterations to improve UX outcomes.

- Create detailed case studies demonstrating problem-solving, design decisions, and measurable product impact.

- Contribute to building a strong product design culture with structured thinking and a user-first mindset.

Mandatory Criteria :

- Experience : Minimum 3+ years in hands-on product design for B2B SaaS products.

- Design Process : End-to-end experience from UX research and wireframing to final UI design and delivery.

- Portfolio : Must include detailed case studies of product design work for well-funded or global B2B SaaS products.

- Company Type : Candidates from top-tier or global SaaS startups preferred.

Preferred Criteria :

- Education : Bachelors or Masters in Design / HCI / Visual Communication (B.Des / M.Des preferred).

- Skillset : Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools for interaction and prototyping.

- Mindset : Self-driven, detail-oriented designer comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Exposure : Experience collaborating with cross-functional global teams is an advantage.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- 4 to 8 years of product design experience, preferably with B2B SaaS platforms.

- Demonstrated expertise in UX flows, design systems, and interaction design.

- Ability to translate complex product requirements into clean, intuitive, and scalable designs.

- Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility, and visual hierarchy.

- Proven record of shipping high-quality products with measurable impact.
