Lead Product Designer - Human Computer Interaction

As a Lead Product Designer, you will be at the forefront of shaping intuitive, elegant, and impactful user experiences. Youll guide a team of designers, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive the design strategy across our digital products. Your work will directly influence product success and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of product designers across multiple projects.

- Define and execute design strategy aligned with business and user goals.

- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to shape product vision.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for web and mobile platforms.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize insights into actionable design improvements.

- Build and maintain scalable design systems and style guides.

- Advocate for user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.

- Ensure consistency in visual language and interaction patterns across products.

- Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Design, HCI, or related field.

- 6+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work.

- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping platforms.

- Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and responsive design.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Experience working in agile product teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience designing for AI/ML-driven products or data-heavy interfaces.

- Familiarity with motion design and video playback interfaces.

- Knowledge of front-end development basics (HTML/CSS/JS).
