Lead Product Designer - Figma/Creative Suite

Job Description

Responsibilities :


- Lead the end?to-end design of AI?first interfaces that assist doctors in delivering personalized care and support the usability of health insurance products.

- Apply strategic thinking and systems?level design to define delightful and accessible user experiences that align with Clinikks mission to bring integrated healthcare and insurance to millions.

- Balance user needs, clinical protocols and business goals when designing for multiple platforms (web for doctors, mobile for patients/customers).

- Use qualitative and quantitative research to understand doctor and patient workflows; synthesize insights into user journeys, personas and opportunities.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, physicians, engineers, data scientists and insurance specialists to validate hypotheses, plan sprints and ensure successful execution.

- Explore and prototype new interaction patterns, including conversational UI, adaptive dashboards and AI?assisted workflows; iterate rapidly to test with users.

- Own the design craft from low?fidelity sketches and information architecture to polished UI and micro?interactions; ensure accessibility and compliance with medical and insurance regulations.

- Define and evangelise design principles, frameworks and processes that improve efficiency and consistency across Clinikks products.

- Hire and mentor junior designers and define a design?driven culture.


Qualifications :


- 4 + years of experience in product/interaction design with at least part of that in consumer or enterprise tech; experience in healthcare, insurtech or AI?driven products is a plus.

- Deep understanding of user?centred design principles, systems thinking, and the ability to translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive interfaces.

- Strong curiosity about emerging technologies (e.g., AI, decision's upport systems) and how they can transform healthcare.

- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to articulate design decisions and influence stakeholders.

- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with motion/interaction tools is a plus.

- Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms; comfort with responsive design and accessibility guidelines.

- Bonus: exposure to healthcare regulations, clinical workflows or insurance products.
