We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Lead Product Designer with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite to drive the design of user-centric digital products.

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design process, from concept to delivery, ensuring an exceptional user experience across web, mobile, and other digital platforms.

The ideal candidate has strong design leadership experience, a deep understanding of UX/UI principles, and the ability to translate business goals into visually compelling and functional designs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the product design vision and strategy for multiple digital products.

- Mentor and guide a team of UI/UX designers, fostering creativity, collaboration, and design excellence.

- Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure they are embedded in product development.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.

- Develop visually compelling interfaces using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects, etc.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to inform design decisions.

- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver intuitive, user-friendly experiences.

- Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides for consistency across products.

- Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility standards (WCAG), responsive design principles, and cross-platform consistency.

- Evaluate and implement design tools and processes to optimize workflow efficiency.

- Partner with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to translate business requirements into functional design solutions.

- Present design concepts, workflows, and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and approval.

- Balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals to deliver impactful solutions.

- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

- Experiment with new design approaches, animation, and motion graphics to enhance user experience.

- Promote a culture of design thinking and continuous learning within the team.

Requirements & Qualifications :

Education & Experience :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Fine Arts, or related field.

- 710 years of experience in UI/UX or product design, with at least 23 years in a leadership role.

- Proven track record of designing web and mobile applications with measurable user impact.

Technical Skills :

- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects, etc.

- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design, motion graphics, and interactive prototypes.

- Experience with prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, or Adobe XD.

- Solid understanding of responsive design, interaction design, accessibility standards, and usability principles.

- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
