Job Overview :

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Pricefx Developer to join our team in Bangalore. With 7-12 years of experience, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing complex pricing solutions within the Pricefx platform. This role requires deep technical expertise in Pricefx functionalities, strong leadership capabilities to guide development efforts, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable pricing solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex pricing solutions on the Pricefx platform, including Pricefx Price Builder, Price Optimizer, Price Analyser, and QuoteConfigurator.

- Develop and optimize Pricefx logic, including Groovy scripts, calculations, formulas, and data integrations to meet intricate business requirements.

- Design and build data models within Pricefx, ensuring data integrity, performance, and alignment with pricing strategies.

- Oversee and perform ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for data ingestion into Pricefx from various source systems.

- Conduct in-depth performance tuning and optimization of Pricefx solutions, ensuring efficient calculation engines and responsiveness.

- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and other technical teams to translate pricing strategies and business needs into robust Pricefx configurations and custom developments.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Pricefx developers, fostering best practices, code quality, and efficient development methodologies.

- Manage solution testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure delivered solutions meet functional and performance requirements.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues within the Pricefx environment, providing timely and effective resolutions.

- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all Pricefx solutions, configurations, and processes.

Required Skills :

- 7-12 years of experience in software development, with significant hands-on experience specifically in Pricefx development and implementation.

- Deep expertise in Pricefx platform functionalities, including :

1. Pricefx Price Builder, Price Optimizer, Price Analyser, QuoteConfigurator.

2. Extensive experience with Pricefx Groovy scripting for logic and calculations.

- Strong understanding of Pricefx data models and integration capabilities.

- Proficiency in ETL processes and data handling within the Pricefx ecosystem.

- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of Pricefx solutions.

- Solid understanding of pricing concepts, strategies, and methodologies.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and guide junior developers.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Pricefx certifications.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) where Pricefx might be deployed or integrated.

- Familiarity with other CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) or pricing software solutions.

- Experience with integration technologies and APIs (REST, SOAP).
