Responsibilities :
PMO Leadership :
- Establish and lead the Digital Transformation PMO, defining frameworks, governance models, and best practices.
- Develop and manage program governance, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Monitor program progress, manage dependencies, risks, and ensure timely escalations and interventions.
- Implement KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to track transformation progress and value realization.
Digital Transformation Program Management :
- Drive end-to-end execution of digital initiatives such as lending digitization, automation, analytics, CRM, LOS/LMS, and customer experience platforms.
- Collaborate with business, technology, operations, and risk teams to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure delivery quality from technology and consulting partners.
- Oversee the change management framework to ensure smooth adoption across functions.
Strategic Planning & Execution :
- Support the leadership team in defining the digital roadmap aligned with NBFC growth objectives.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable programs with defined milestones and success metrics.
- Ensure alignment of transformation initiatives with regulatory requirements (RBI, NBFC norms).
Stakeholder Management :
- Act as a central point of contact for all transformation initiatives across business units.
- Facilitate executive-level steering committees and present program performance updates.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to drive accountability and collaboration.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Education: MBA / PGDM (preferably in Finance, Technology, or Operations) or equivalent.
- Experience: 1015 years of total experience, with 5+ years in PMO / Program Management within BFSI/NBFC sector.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation programs (loan origination, core system modernization, data & analytics, process automation, etc.).
- Experience with Agile / Hybrid delivery models and enterprise program governance.
- Strong understanding of NBFC operations, regulatory environment, and financial products.
- PMP / Prince2 / Agile certifications preferred.
