Lead Oracle RMCS Consultant - E2E Implementation

Job Description :

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle RMCS as part of broader Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP projects.

- Gather and analyze business requirements related to revenue recognition and compliance (ASC 606 / IFRS 15).

- Configure RMCS modules including performance obligations, contract identification, and revenue scheduling.

- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Technical teams to ensure accurate revenue treatment.

- Design and develop reporting for RMCS, including reconciliation and audit reports.

- Integrate RMCS with O2C (Order to Cash), AR, and Subledger Accounting modules.

- Drive UAT (User Acceptance Testing), training sessions, and hypercare support.

- Support business users during period close activities involving RMCS.

- Coordinate with technical teams on data conversions, integrations (e.g., via FBDI, ADFDI, OTBI, BI Publisher).

- Ensure compliance with SOX, audit, and corporate governance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Deep knowledge of revenue accounting standards (ASC 606 / IFRS 15).

- Strong understanding of Oracle AR, O2C, and SLA modules.

- Proven experience in at least two Oracle RMCS full lifecycle implementations.

- Experience working in global environments and cross-functional teams.

- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience with Oracle Integration tools (FBDI, ADFDI) and reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher).

Preferred Qualifications :

- Background in Telecom, SaaS, or Subscription-based industries.
