Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the functional solution lead for Oracle Fusion HCM modules in complex client environments.
- Provide business and functional expertise across key Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including :
1. Global Core HR
2. Absence Management
3. Recruitment
4. Help Desk
5. Workforce
6. Benefits
- Collaborate with client stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
- Deliver high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Lead and guide project teams, manage task assignments, and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Perform configuration, testing, documentation, and support activities.
- Provide support for integrations and data migrations using HDL, HCM Extracts, and other Oracle tools.
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving client needs.
Required Qualifications & Skills :
- Proven experience in a lead consultant role with client-facing responsibilities.
- Strong understanding and functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
- Experience in Fusion Cloud Payroll, HCM Data Loader (HDL), and HCM Extracts.
- Excellent business communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to adapt and perform effectively in dynamic, fast-paced project environments.
- Oracle Certification in relevant HCM modules is a plus.
