Lead Oracle Database Administrator

Description :

- Configure and manage Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC) for high availability and scalability.

- Implement and maintain Oracle Data Guard for disaster recovery and data protection

- Manage Oracle ASM for storage management and performance optimization.

- Design, configure, and monitor Oracle GoldenGate for real-time data replication and

integration.

- Perform database upgrades, patching, and migrations.

- Monitor database performance and proactively resolve issues.

- Ensure database security, backup, and recovery procedures are in place and tested.

- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to support application deployments

and troubleshoot issues.

Skills :

- 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle DBA.

- Strong expertise in Oracle RAC, Data Guard, ASM, and GoldenGate.

- Proficient in performance tuning, backup/recovery, and database security.

- Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).

- Solid understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems.

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

- Oracle certifications (OCP, OCM) are a plus.
