Lead - Oracle Billing & Revenue Management

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or related field

- 9+ Years of Experience IT telecom Billing

- Oracle BRM or OCI certifications preferred, ITIL, PMP, or Agile certifications are a plus

- Proven experience leading cross-functional technical teams (1020+ members)

- Strong project management, stakeholder communication, and vendor coordination skills

- Budget planning and infrastructure roadmap development

- Knowledge of ITIL, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps methodologies

Responsibilities :

- Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies

- Issue and post bills, receipts and invoices

- Check the validity of debit accounts

- Update accounts receivable database with new accounts or missed payments

- Ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines

- Provide solutions to any relative problems of clients

- Write thorough reports on billing activity with clear and reliable data.
