Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Technical Leadership : Lead the design, development, and delivery of robust and scalable web applications using Oracle APEX, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.

- Application Development : Drive end-to-end application development, from requirement gathering to deployment, leveraging Oracle APEX to meet complex business needs.

- User Interface & Experience : Oversee the creation of intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience.

- Database Integration : Architect, develop, and manage database objects, queries, and PL/SQL code to support enterprise-level APEX applications.

- Mentorship & Collaboration : Guide and mentor junior developers, review code for quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to improve development processes, enhance performance, and optimize system architecture.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle APEX application development, with at least 2+ years in a lead or senior developer capacity.

- Proven expertise in Oracle APEX, SQL, PL/SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with a strong understanding of web development principles.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results
