Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Network Engineer to manage and support large-scale network infrastructures across global enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in core networking services, with deep expertise in LAN/WAN, Data Center networks, VPN, and client connectivity. This role requires hands-on experience with a range of technologies including Meraki, Arista, Aruba, and Cisco, and a proven track record in leading complex network deployments and support operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide end-to-end network support including design, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting in large-scale enterprise environments.

- Act as the SME for network services such as WAN, LAN, Data Center networks, VPN, and client connectivity.

- Manage and support global network infrastructures across more than 100+ sites utilizing technologies such as MPLS, ATT Anira, ATT AVPN, IP-Sec VPN, and IZO.

- Design and manage Enterprise-Class Data Centers, with strong knowledge of Spine-Leaf topology and next-gen architectures.

- Ensure high availability and performance of LAN/WAN infrastructure, with focus on scalability, security, and resilience.

- Lead network transformation and migration projects in coordination with internal teams and external vendors.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including cloud, security, and application teams to ensure seamless network operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering roles.

- Expertise in managing Data Center and LAN/WAN environments for large-scale corporate infrastructures.

- Strong understanding of network security technologies and best practices.

- Proven experience in implementing and supporting global WAN infrastructures.

- Hands-on experience with enterprise network hardware including :

1. Meraki switches and firewalls

2. Arista data center switches

3. HPE Aruba wireless and switching infrastructure

4. Cisco routers and switches

- Deep knowledge of wireless networking solutions, especially in Meraki, Arista, and Aruba.

- Experience in high-availability design, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), and Layer 2/3 switching technologies.

- Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, Aruba Certified, Meraki Certification, or equivalent are a plus.
