Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptionally talented and driven Lead Mobile Engineer to shape the future of our Trading and Investing platforms. This is a high-impact role requiring deep expertise in Flutter development and a passion for building robust, lightning-fast applications across iOS, Android, and the Web. You will be a core member of a small, elite engineering team, taking full ownership of critical feature architecture and development in a dynamic, latency-sensitive fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership :

- Partner closely with Product Management and Design teams to conceptualize, define, and architect the next generation of features for our Trading and Investing platforms.

- Translate complex business requirements into high-quality, scalable technical solutions.

Architecture & Development Ownership :

- Own the architecture, development, and deployment of critical features for our cross-platform applications using Flutter (targeting iOS, Android, and the Web).

- Champion best practices in Flutter/Dart, state management, and overall application performance.

Performance & Optimization :

- Dive deep into latency-sensitive workflows (e.g., real-time market data, order execution).

- Implement advanced performance monitoring and optimization techniques to ensure the platform is flawless, ultra-fast, and highly reliable for every single trade.

Technical Leadership & Mentoring :

- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members, raising the bar for code quality, testing, and engineering excellence.

- Drive technical decision-making and continuous improvement of our mobile development processes.

Scaling & Innovation :

- Contribute significantly to scaling the product architecture to handle massive user growth and increased transaction volume.

- Identify and implement opportunities for innovation in the user experience and underlying technology stack.

What We're Looking For

Experience :

- 8+ years of total professional mobile and/or web development experience.

- At least 2 solid years of dedicated, hands-on experience building complex applications with Flutter.

Core Fundamentals :

- Rock-solid fundamentals in native mobile components and modern application architecture (e.g., Clean Architecture, MVVM, Bloc, Provider) from either an Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) background.

- Deep understanding of asynchronous programming, performance profiling, and memory management.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience scaling products from early stages to massive user bases.

- Experience building applications from scratch and establishing foundational architectural patterns.

- Familiarity with real-time data streaming (e.g., WebSockets, gRPC).
