Lead Mobile Developer - iOS/Android Apps

Were hiring a Lead Mobile Developer with expert-level Flutter experience and a solid background in Android Native and/or iOS Native development. This role requires strong leadership experience and hands-on involvement in technical decision-making and delivery.

Role : Lead Mobile Developer

Experience : 7+ Years (Min. 4+ Years in Flutter)

Location : Bangalore (Work from Office)

Notice Period : Immediate Joiners Only

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and develop cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter & Dart

- Architect maintainable, scalable codebases

- Work with Native Android (Kotlin/Java) and/or iOS (Swift/Objective-C)

- Integrate REST APIs and third-party SDKs

- Implement state management (Bloc/Cubit)

- Utilize Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications, Analytics, etc.)

- Drive performance tuning, code quality & best practices

- Manage CI/CD pipelines & automated deployments

- Handle app store publishing and release cycles

- Mentor team members and conduct code reviews

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7+ years of overall experience in mobile app development

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter

- Strong native Android and/or iOS experience

- Must have led teams or projects previously

- Strong understanding of state management, Firebase, testing & CI/CD
