KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Lead Mobile Developer at NAAR, you will play a pivotal role in architecting,

developing, and optimizing our mobile applications to deliver a seamless, engaging, and scalable user experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our platform leverages the latest technologies and best practices in mobile development.

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-performance mobile applications using React Native.

- Architect scalable solutions that support video streaming, live commerce, and AI-driven personalization features.

- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services to enhance app functionality and user experience.

- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance through rigorous testing and code reviews.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver visually appealing and intuitive interfaces.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

- Stay updated with emerging mobile technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.

- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Optimize application performance for various devices and operating systems.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.

Work Experience :

Minimum 7 years of professional experience in mobile application development, with a strong focus on React Native.
Proven track record of delivering complex mobile solutions in fast-paced environments.
Experience working in e-commerce, social media, or content-driven platforms is highly desirable.

Educational Qualification :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in mobile development or React Native are a plus.

Skills / Behaviour Attributes :

Expertise in React Native, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Strong understanding of mobile application development lifecycle and best practices.
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and modern front-end build pipelines.
