Lead MES Engineer - Siemens Opcenter Execution

Position : MES Lead.


Exp : 5 to 13 Years.


Location : Pune / Bangalore / Gurugram.


Notice Period : 30 Days Official (Preferred Immediate Joiner/ Serving Candidates Only).


Job Type : Fulltime -Direct Payroll with company.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform MES system administration, including user management, application monitoring, and environment maintenance.

- Customize and extend Opcenter functionalities using C#/.NET, Java, XML, and SQL based on manufacturing process needs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Quality, IT, and Automation) to gather requirements and design MES workflows.

- Integrate MES with ERP (SAP) and shop floor systems (PLC, SCADA, historians, etc.) using standard interfaces.

- Troubleshoot and resolve MES system issues and ensure minimal production downtime.

- Support system upgrades, patches, and environment migrations.

- Develop and maintain MES documentation, including functional and technical design documents.

- Participate in validation and testing activities to ensure system reliability and compliance.

- Provide user training, technical support, and performance tuning as needed.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong expertise in Siemens Opcenter / Camstar MES (Development and Administration).

- Experience in MES solution design, configuration, and customization.

- Proficiency in SQL Server / Oracle, C#/.NET, XML, Web Services, and Java.

- Knowledge of MESERP integration (preferably SAP) and automation systems.

- Experience with system deployment, version management, and troubleshooting in production

environments.
