Lead MERN Stack Developer

Description :

Role : Technical Lead (MERN Stack)

What Youll Do :

- Lead and mentor a team of MERN developers through design, development, and delivery phases.

- Architect and design end-to-end scalable applications using the MERN stack

- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure smooth releases.

- Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and maintain high code quality.

- Participate in customer discussions to understand technical requirements and translate them into robust solutions.

- Manage multiple projects and repositories using Git.

- Research, evaluate, and implement new technologies to improve performance and scalability.

- Ensure best practices in CI/CD, version control, and agile project management.

Requirements & Eligibility :

Experience :

- 6+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years leading a team.

- Proven experience in end-to-end project ownership from design to deployment.

- Strong background in data structures, system design, and scalable architecture.

- Prior client-facing or stakeholder management experience is a plus.

Must-Have Skills :

- MERN Stack MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript

- Database Design MongoDB / PostgreSQL / MySQL / SQL Server

- Git and version control best practices

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with AWS (S3, EC2, Lambda, SQS, SES) or other cloud platforms

- Working knowledge of Linux, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines

- Exposure to microservices architecture and API design
